Battersea Dogs & Cats Home 

Established in 1860, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims never to turn away a dog or cat in need of our help.  We reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners through our Lost Dogs & Cats Line or care for them until new homes can be found, giving them shelter and the highest standards of veterinary care.

We are a large and friendly Church of England school in the heart of Bedale. All our staff are committed to our pupils receiving the highest quality teaching and the best care, guidance and support so that they may reach their full potential.

The Haven - Breast Cancer Support Centres

The Haven helps people through the physical and emotional experience of breast cancer by offering a free, in-depth and personalised programme of psychological support and complementary therapies.   Working through teams of dedicated, experienced and professionally-trained cancer nurses, counsellors and therapists, the Haven provides programmes of therapy sessions to meet the needs of the Visitor (patient) and to complement their medical treatment.  

Woodmansterne Art Conservation Fund New!

Having reproduced fine art on greeting cards for many years, Woodmansterne understand the importance of preserving original works of art in public galleries for future generations to enjoy. They set up the Woodmansterne Art Conservation Fund in 1995 to help the conservation of pre-twentieth-century oil paintings. To date, over 60 paintings have been conserved through the fund at a total cost of £357,000.  Read more about the Fund.

The Bendrigg Trust

Bendrigg offers residential and day activity courses for groups of disabled and disadvantaged people, of any age or ability.  It provides a wide range of outdoor activities led by highly qualified and experienced tutors. Outstanding indoor facilities provide opportunities for active participation in all weather conditions!  

Billingshurst Primary School Community Association 

We are parents, carers, teachers and member of the local community all working together for the benefit of the school, its pupils and the wider locality.  We organise fundraising events and support the school in any way we can, especially through building partnerships with local businesses.

We are a popular local school located in the heart of the community in the beautiful village of Long Ashton in North Somerset, a short distance from the Ashton Court Estate and Bristol. 

Friends of Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Penrith

'QEGS' is one of two dozen schools that have joined us over the last month or so.   Located in beautiful Penrith, Cumbria, this year is its 450th anniversary.  The goal of the active Friends association is to raise funds for two new, state-of-the-art classrooms.

Headway Devon is a local charity dedicated to providing care, support and opportunities for people whose lives have been turned upside down by brain injury.  The people we work with are from all walks of life, but all have survived illnesses and accidents which have left them with life-changing disabilities.  We exist to help people overcome their difficulties and get the most out of life.

We are a popular of road cycling club based in SE London, offering MTB and Cyclocross coaching - and fun to all aged 6 to 18.

We are a small local charity supporting parents/carers of children with disabilities in Berkshire.  

Revel School Friends Association

We are the parent/teacher association of a popular village school in Warwickshire. We are a registered charity and work hard to raise money to give the school extra support. Over the last few years we have bought new books for the library , iPads, playground and sports equipment, lighting for the school hall and subsidised school trips.

Ruby's Fund

Ruby's Fund was established in 2008 by two local mums as a response to a lack of practical and social support and multi-sensory services for children and young people with additional needs. Alison Parr (nurse) and Alix Wisener (health visitor) identified a need for specialist services in Congleton, Cheshire when Alison"s daughter Ruby was born with a rare chromosome disorder called IDIC 15 which means she has severe global developmental delay and epilepsy.  Ruby's Fund aims to raise £150,000 to open a sensory and soft play centre in 2014.
