How long will my order take?

We try to send all orders within 24 hours, although during promotional periods it can get a bit hectic. Standard deliveries should arrive within 48 hours of posting. First class, within 24 hours. Europe takes about three days, while the rest or the world takes five or six.

Can I order by phone?

No – at present, all orders must be made online.

How do the donations to good causes work?

We make a donation to the customer’s nominated good cause with every product we sell (but not with products that we send out for free as part of a promotion).

The value of the donation is shown in the checkout page. Donations vary, depending on the value of the item purchased. Donations with greeting cards are typically 5p or 10p per single card, or 30p per pack. Donations with wrapping paper are typically 10p per book.

Donations are paid directly and in full to the nominated good cause, according to an agreement that we have in place with each one (as required by the Charities Act). Any benevolent organisation (sports clubs, charities, churches, community groups, scout and cub packs, schools) may apply to become an Pink & Greene Good Cause, and be included in our list of good causes.

Can I get an order sent to an address other than home?

Yes. Just state the details on the order form.

Is your web site secure?

Yes. Payments are handled on our behalf by an established third party with industry leading encryption and security. Internally, all paperwork with customers' details is shredded before ever being discarded.

Can I visit the warehouse?

Yes, please do. All you have to do is call first to let us know you're coming. We're close to junction 9 of the A1.

What will appear on my card statement?

Can I return products bought in error or that I do not wish to keep?

Yes. Please enclose details of your order reference number.
