Collectionand use of personal data

We collect personal data provided by you when you use our site (for instance, your delivery address when placing an order). 

We do not supply this information to third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your requirements (for instance, to validate a credit card).

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

Cookies – and the automated collection of usage data

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Access to the personal data we may hold about you 

You can ask us, by sending an email to customersupport@pinkandgreene.com whether we are keeping personal data about you.

Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data which we keep about you, although we may before require proof of your identity. We may charge a small fee to process this enquiry. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified or amended

Security

Your online security is of paramount importance.  You can shop at Pink and Greene in complete safety.

Our payment processing is handled by SagePay, the payment processing arm of Sage Group Plc, a UK publicly listed company and FTSE 100 member.   SagePay are a leading provider of payment services in the UK, processing millions of payments on behalf of 45,000 businesses (including the BBC Children in Need appeal and Easyjet). 

We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and our compliance is verified by Trustwave on SagePay’s behalf.  (Trustwave is the leader in PCI DSS compliance management: more banks trust Trustwave to ensure the compliance of their merchants than any other qualified security assessor.)

We do not store (or see) any customer card numbers.
