How long will my order take?

Orders received by 2pm (Mon-Fri) are normally dispatched that day. Standard deliveries should arrive within 2 working days of posting. First class, on the next working day. 

Can I order by phone?

No – at present, all orders must be made online.

Can I get an order sent to an address other than home?

Yes. Just state the details on the order form.

Is your web site secure?

Yes. Payments are handled on our behalf by an established third party with industry leading encryption and security.  No payment or credit card information is processed or stored on our site (when you pay, you are connected directly to your bank's systems).

What will appear on my card statement?
